The Ecuadorian Goverment authorized the first private toll highway in the country. A Mexican company won this concession and constructed the General Rumiñahui Toll Higway connecting Quito and the Chillos Valley. Our Law Firm participated in the complete process and handled the Concession for many years until such concession was reverted to the Authority.
