We find it important to notify you that on June 21, 2022, a Regulation was issued on General Assemblies of Partners or Shareholders of Limited Liability Companies, Stock Corporations (Sociedad anónima), Limited Share Partnership Companies, Mixed Economy Companies, and Simplified Stock Companies. This regulation, issued by the Superintendence of Companies and Insurance, was published in the Official Gazette on July 6, 2022.
