Romero Arteta Ponce  counsel our clients in the mediation and negotiation proceedings ( Alternative Dispute Resolutions).  The Team of Lawyers normally advice our clients to resolve their problems on amicable way through mediation. RAP has been very active in resolving problems mostly for reinsurance companies in different an important cases in the last years, including the accident of Cubana de Aviation in 1998, where the Firm was able to resolve more than 180 cases to mediation process in one of the Mediation Center of Quito. The Firm has represented clients in more than 500 hundred cases in mediation proceedings in Ecuador an internationally.
