Contract for the Concession of Cellulars in Ecuador
The Law Firm represented the Mexican Group in the complete process for the negotiation and signature of the contract with the Ecuadorian Government, been the first Cellular Concession in Ecuador. Later the Mexican Group transferred the concession to a third party an actually the commercial name of the company is CLARO before PORTA.

The Law Firm has been active in the granted of Licenses for satellites operations in Ecuador and those can use the geostationary waves.
